Product Description:

Vandoren developed the Java reed in 1983 for jazz and commercial music. It has a thicker extremity and a more flexible pallet zone than Vandoren's traditional reeds, allowing vibration to occur over a larger surface area with maximum elasticity - resulting in far more playing flexibility for the musician.
